At UNIA Republic, we aim to deliver culturally rooted products with efficiency and care. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping times vary by destination. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please note: we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

• If your order is delayed due to inventory or other issues, you’ll be notified by email.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard U.S. Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Expedited U.S. Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance.
  Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.

• Any free shipping promotions will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

• UNIA Republic is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

• If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

• For significant delays, contact us at support@unofia.org so we can investigate and assist as needed.

International Orders:

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties required by their country.

• UNIA Republic is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or processing.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

• Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.
