Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully, as it applies differently to apparel and consumable wellness products.
Apparel (T-Shirts & Merchandise):

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
No Returns or Exchanges on Consumable Products:

Due to health and safety guidelines, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on consumable items such as herbal detoxes or supplements, even if unopened. All sales are final.
Defective or Damaged Items:

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that point, they are already in process and cannot be canceled.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:

Email support@unofia.org with your order number, the reason for your return or exchange, and any photos if applicable.

Our team will respond with instructions and a return shipping address if your request qualifies.

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
Important Notes:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
