REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our refund policy carefully, as it applies differently to apparel and consumable products.

When Refunds Are Available:
Apparel (T-Shirts & Merchandise)

  • Refunds are available for unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Consumable Products (Herbal Detoxes & Supplements):

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on consumable items, even if unopened.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Opened or used consumable products.

  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Refund requests made after the 14-day return window.

  • Shipping fees unless the error was on our part.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email support@unofia.org with your order number, applicable photos, and the reason for your refund request.

  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  3. If approved, we will promptly issue your refund or send a replacement.
